She Knew the Science.
She Still Had to Find Her Way.
Dr. Lisa’s story did not begin with theory. She was putting her clinical insight to work while also confronting her own long-standing struggle with weight, energy, mobility, and sustainable change.
Along the way, she discovered something important: information alone is not enough. Even smart, committed women can still feel stuck when the path forward is unclear, overwhelming, or disconnected from real life.
Her own transformation — including losing more than 150 pounds and getting out of a wheelchair — gave her a deeper understanding of what women need most: not more random advice, but a structured way to focus on what matters and move forward consistently.
